ABOUT MARK
Mark R. Schneider, a California native, received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic University and his Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School.
His professional career was spent mainly working in Silicon Valley on matters relating to intellectual property law. In 2008, he became involved in California’s Proposition 8 campaign to preserve the traditional meaning of marriage. Afterwards, he began a Salt and Light Ministry at his local church to help its members better understand and culturally apply the Christian worldview. As part of this effort, he was Senior Editor and co-authored, A Manual for Christian Citizenship.
In response to laws in California designed to indoctrinate children into Critical Theory and identity-based politics, in 2019 he founded Protect Our Kids (POK.Org) to help parents better advocate for their children in the public schools. In addition to his work relating to child and parent advocacy, he has written law review and other articles on the intersection of law and theology for the American Conservative, City Journal, American Thinker, and other publications.
